You can request deletion of your data from Chatbot Solution at any time.

How to request deletion

Message us on WhatsApp or at the email below, with the store name and its connected business WhatsApp number. If you are a customer of one of our stores, include your phone number and the store you contacted.

What is deleted

Chats and messages, contacts, products and settings, user accounts, and WhatsApp connection tokens.

Timeframe

We complete the request within 30 days of verifying your identity, and confirm when it is done.

Data held by Meta

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to Meta's policies, and you can manage that data in your WhatsApp and Facebook settings.
